Introduction

Smart Manufacturing, often abbreviated SM in reference works and referred to as “intelligent manufacturing”, refers to a new global industrial method that relies heavily on the evolutions of the latest technologies in terms of connected means of production during the manufacturing process.

Session 1 :  9.00am to 1.00pm
Session 2 :  1.00am to 6.00pm

Course Objective

  1. Perform as a team player in the workplace
  2. Build good relationship among employees and work together as team.
  3. Do two-way communications effectively in all activities at workplace.
  4. Write details per template requirement with relevant.
  5. Know essential acts in the Safety and Health 1954 regulation.
  6. Know what is operation and how planning is done to meet customer requirement.
  7. Learn the waste management triangle of 5 stage hierarchy.
  8. Identify quality product and rejects based on criteria established.
  9. Perform quality assurance at workplace
